How to delete your data
You decide what MultiOne keeps. Pick the way that fits what you want to delete:
Disconnect a platform
In MultiOne, open Settings → Connections and disconnect the platform. The connection and everything imported through it (ad accounts, metrics, orders and messages) are deleted straight away.
Open ConnectionsRemove MultiOne from the platform
Remove MultiOne in your Facebook settings (Apps and websites, or Business integrations), or uninstall the app from your Salla store. The platform notifies us and we delete that connection and its data. Removing access in TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Threads or X only stops our access; to delete what was already imported, also disconnect the platform in MultiOne.
Delete your whole account
Email privacy@multionesa.com from the address you sign in with. We delete your account, your workspaces and their data within 30 days and confirm by email.
