1.Accepting these terms
By creating an account, signing in or using MultiOne, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18. If you use MultiOne for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" then means that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2.The service
MultiOne is a software service for businesses. Depending on your plan and the features enabled for your workspace, it lets you:
- follow the performance of the ad accounts you connect (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads) and your store's sales (Salla) in unified dashboards;
- receive scheduled email reports;
- manage campaigns: change their status and budgets, create campaigns and publish ads to several accounts at once;
- publish organic posts to connected accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads and X;
- read and answer Messenger and Instagram messages in one inbox;
- see which campaigns brought your store's orders;
- generate ad images from your brand kit with AI;
- work with your team in shared workspaces with roles.
Some features depend on approval by the connected platforms and may be unavailable or limited until then. We may add, change or remove features as the service evolves.
3.Accounts and workspaces
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. Give accurate information, keep access to your email secure and tell us promptly at privacy@multionesa.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity in your workspace; owners and admins control who is invited and which role each member has.
4.Your responsibilities
- Connect only ad accounts, Pages, profiles and stores that you own or are authorised to manage, and keep that authority for as long as they stay connected.
- You are responsible for the ads, posts, media, captions, landing pages and replies you publish or send through MultiOne, and for having the rights to use them.
- AI-generated images are suggestions: review each one before you use it, and make sure it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.
- Follow each connected platform's terms and its advertising, commerce and messaging policies, as well as the laws that apply to your advertising and your store.
- Changes you make through MultiOne, such as budgets, statuses or new ads, take effect on the platform and may cost money. You are responsible for your ad spend and its results.
- Tell your customers how their data is used and obtain any consent the law requires (see "Processing your customers' data").
5.Acceptable use
Use MultiOne only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- publish content or send messages that are unlawful, misleading or infringe others' rights, or send unsolicited bulk messages;
- try to breach MultiOne's security, disrupt it, reverse-engineer it or access other customers' data;
- overload the service, or use bots or scripts to access it other than through the features we provide;
- resell or share access to MultiOne without our written consent;
- use MultiOne in a way that breaks the terms of the connected platforms.
6.Connected platforms
Connections use each platform's official API with the permissions you approve, and your use of each platform remains subject to its own terms. Platforms may change, limit or withdraw their APIs, reject ads or restrict accounts at any time, and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions. You can remove a connection at any time; disconnecting deletes that connection's tokens and the data imported through it.
7.Processing your customers' data
For personal data about your own customers that MultiOne processes for you (people who message your Page or Instagram account, buyers in your Salla store and, if you turn on store tracking, your store's visitors), you are the controller and nuqta taghyeer Company For Marketing Services is your processor. For that data we will:
- process it only to provide MultiOne and on your instructions, given through these terms and your settings;
- keep it confidential and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures;
- use only the service providers listed in our privacy policy, under contracts with equivalent protections, and update that list when it changes;
- help you answer your customers' requests to exercise their rights;
- tell you without undue delay about a personal-data breach affecting it;
- delete it when you remove the relevant connection or your account is closed.
You are responsible for having a legal basis for this processing and for informing your customers.
8.Your personal data
How we handle your own personal data is described in our privacy policy.
9.Plans and fees
Some features may require a paid plan. The price, what the plan includes and its billing terms are those shown to you when you choose it. We will give you notice before a price change applies to your plan. Free plans may be changed or limited.
10.Intellectual property
MultiOne's software, design and brand belong to nuqta taghyeer Company For Marketing Services. You keep all rights to your data and content, and you allow us to host, process and send them only as needed to provide the service to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve MultiOne without any obligation to you.
11.Termination and your data
You can stop using MultiOne at any time and ask us to close your account by emailing privacy@multionesa.com. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or a platform's policies, or where the law requires it, with notice where reasonably possible. Within 30 days of your written request or of the account's closure, we delete your account, your workspaces and their data, except records the law requires us to keep. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as the limitation of liability and governing law, survive it.
12.Service availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or suspend parts of it, giving notice where reasonably possible.
13.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, advertising results, decisions of the connected platforms (such as rejected ads or restricted accounts), changes to data made by those platforms, or content you publish, including AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, tell account owners by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
15.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
